Based on the nature of the sale as well as the high quality and satisfaction of our products, we do not have a refund. Only in these circumstances will we comply with the refund:

1.Non-delivery of the product by us:

  • if you have not received your product after 7 days of payment and registration of the order.

2.Problems downloading and unzipping:

  • if you encounter a significant problem while downloading or opening the product, we will investigate this problem if you fill out the relevant form. If you do not do this within 3 days from the date of purchase, your payment request will be rejected.

3.Major defects:

  •  All our products have been checked before release, but in case of unexpected errors within 72 hours, you have the opportunity to inform us by sending and filling out the relevant form, and if the existing defects are not eliminated, we are obliged to refund the money, any request for a refund must be for the exact reasons and in accordance with our terms and conditions, please try to adjust your application form as carefully as possible.

  • Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. 
    If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
